Abstract

The experiences of the health managers referred to the lessons learned in the process of implementing the Integrated Health Networks (RIS) in the province of Huamanga. The objective of the work was to know the learning experiences of health professionals and contribute to the integral development of health in rural areas. The study approach was qualitative under a phenomenological design, obtaining the information through a semi-structured interview with managers of the organization. An inductive analysis was applied through the perception of multidisciplinary health professionals in the implementation process as a personal innovation activity, the opportunity to strengthen their skills, knowledge and transfer cultural exchanges, improving the attitudes of new professional values.
