Educational digital transformation and ICT skills for teacher professional development during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

COVID-19 distanced us, inserting us into a virtual education and generating change for everyone. The objective of this work is to describe the measures that were taken in the face of the educational digital transformation for the acquisition of ICT skills for teacher professional development due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The methodology was through a bibliographic review considering 50 investigations as a contribution of analysis. The results showed that teachers require training mediated by ICT for the development of their classes. It is concluded to propose a training program that includes gamification tools, soft skills, and ICT skills for an effective development of their online classes.
