Satisfaction in e-learning and anxiety in university students.
Abstract
The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between satisfaction factors in e-learning and anxiety in university students. A methodology with a quantitative approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design was used. The GAD-7 and the satisfaction factors in e-learning questionnaire were applied to 90 students from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, yielding results that 75% of university students qualified the development of their virtual learning as regular and 26% reported having anxiety at a serious level; Therefore, it was concluded that there is a negative or inverse correlation between both variables; This indicates that the greater the satisfaction in e-learning, the lower the anxiety in university students.
