The impacts of sexual harassment in relation to job satisfaction and climate: a study of working women.
Abstract
This study is a research work on Mexican women who currently work in formal jobs, to identify if sexist harassment is a factor of influence within the organization. It was identified that sexist workplace harassment negatively and significantly influences the relationship with supervisor satisfaction but does not significantly influence the organizational climate; On the other hand, it was identified that the quality of supervision has a positive and significant influence on the work environment. The study explains the relationships through a structural equation model, the statistical criteria required by the model are fully met.
