Discrimination suffered by the LGBTQ group in the workplace.
Abstract
The discrimination suffered within any workplace is a problem that affects thousands of people worldwide, especially people who make up the LGBTQ group, the same ones who suffer different types of abuse, whether physical, verbal, or psychological, the which can cause irreversible damage. Human rights organizations are working hard for laws to be adopted that prohibit discrimination against people in this group, thus ensuring that their rights are respected. This research was carried out applying the qualitative methodology, analyzing it through the historical-logical, inductive-deductive, analytical-synthetic methods, concluding the importance of carrying out campaigns to be able to include this group of people in the labor fields without discrimination.
