Abstract

This article aims to describe the theories of the influence of job performance on the effectiveness of public management. The methodology used resides in the analyzes based on the components that have been reviewed (articles and indexed journals) and the author's own concepts. The influence of labor performance on the effectiveness of public management is concluded as a fundamental part for the good performance of public entities, especially for the implementation of public policies in the human resources system, taking into consideration that workers are the most important resources in the activities of the State to meet the demand of the citizenry.
