Incidence of the strategic plan on the productivity of the administrators of an engineering company, Lima.
Abstract
The research corresponds to the Applied type with the hypothetical-deductive method and non-experimental cross-sectional design. The approach is quantitative, of a causal correlational level, and the data collection technique used was the survey. The results focused on the incidence of the strategic plan on productivity. According to the values of the Negelkerke coefficient, there is a high incidence value (77.2%) between the Business Strategic Management Plan and productivity, concluding that there is an influence from the Business Strategic Management Plan on productivity.
