Abstract

This research seeks to carry out an analysis of the legal system and its impact on the family economy. The legal system is the legal norms that prevail in a certain place and time, and the family economy refers to the administration of the resources used by a family, for which this work seeks to examine the economic management strategies implemented by families in the city of Babahoyo during the year 2022, taking into account the legal framework that regulates its performance. It will analyze how the legal provisions influence the financial decisions of families, as well as their ability to generate income, manage their resources efficiently, and achieve their economic objectives at the family level.
