Analysis of the Amparo Judgment as a means of protection for the application of the vaccine against the SARS-CoV2 virus in minors; a contribution to the fulfillment of the objectives of the 2030 agenda for Sustainable Development.

Abstract

In the present work, the applicants, teachers, law students and the public will be made aware of the means of constitutional control known as Amparo Trial, and how it became the Guarantee of Defense of the Right to Health, for the purpose of that minors, by their own right, or through a parent or guardian, request the protection of the violated human right. This paper addresses how, through the flat, provisional, and definitive suspension, it is ordered to apply the vaccine against the SARS-CoV2 virus to minor complainants, and with this it contributes to the fulfillment of objective 3 of the Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development.
