Legal study on euthanasia in Mexico.

Abstract

In the present research work, euthanasia is addressed from a legal point of view, and its purpose is to make visible the violation of the rights of people, by preventing them from deciding on their body, when facing a degenerative disease or in terminal stage, where the patient is no longer in the enjoyment of a dignified life, due to the fact that in his day to day he is subjected to constant suffering, where the administration of medications is no longer enough to give relief of the main and secondary symptoms caused by the disease that patients suffer from.
