Abstract

In Ecuador, the organization of the State is divided into two fundamental parts: the organic part and the dogmatic part. The present investigation clearly and clearly establishes the jurisprudential precedents in constitutional matters and their influence on jurisdictional decisions in the constitutional state of rights and social justice.
