Abstract

Professional practice in the field of law implies a series of capacities and aptitudes independent of knowledge, by virtue of being a complex activity and whoever performs it, in addition to theoretical and practical knowledge, must have specific skills for the challenges they face. such as: communication skills, resilience, security, eloquence, boldness, empathy, and decision-making. This study highlights the relevance of the fact that in contemporary society it is essential that the student, as a future legal professional, develop these skills in a timely manner so that once they carry out their work in any of the various areas that the legal profession allows, they can do so outstandingly and prominently.
