The detrimental effects of the inappropriate use of assistance tickets on the personal and moral integrity of the individuals subjected to the process: a critical reflection.

Abstract

The objective of the work is to analyze the inappropriate use of assistance tickets in cases of alleged domestic violence, specifically when the alleged victims use them against the alleged aggressor. To carry out this research, a mixed methodological approach was used that combined the application of surveys with open questions addressed to legal professionals practicing in the city of Tulcán, together with the exhaustive analysis of bibliographic sources of authors who have investigated this problem. The results obtained reveal that the lack of limitations in the issuance of assistance tickets can affect constitutional rights and have a significant impact in the social sphere, especially the moral integrity of the person in process.
