Analysis of the feasibility of the production of baby food with Xylitol as the main ingredient.
Abstract
The objective of this research is to know the benefits that products made from xylitol bring to children's diet. One of the main causes of the appearance of cavities and oral diseases in children is the excessive intake of sugars, for which the use of xylitol in products for children's consumption has been considered as an immediate solution to these problems. To conduct this research, theoretical research methods such as analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive and historical-logical were used, using an empirical approach, conducting interviews and surveys to obtain relevant data on consumer perceptions, adopting a non-experimental field approach and descriptive type.
