The job change of university professors, in the face of covid-19, at UJAT-DACEA.
Abstract
This article analyzes the experience of university professors from the Division of Economic-Administrative Sciences (DACEA) of the Juárez Autonomous University of Tabasco (UJAT) during the COVID-19 pandemic. Examines how they had to adapt to new university policies and the mandatory confinement imposed by state authorities. The study was based on a mixed approach, using surveys with multiple choice questions to understand the needs and feelings of female teachers during the pandemic. The results revealed the transformations in their daily lives, both in online teaching and in carrying out other activities at home. The return to the classroom also impacted their routines, evidencing a change in their way of living.
