Abstract

Distance education has been widely adopted by higher education institutions, creating a virtual environment with professional and postgraduate training programs adapted to the changing reality of the information age. The challenges in business administration worldwide are due to this dynamic reality. In the business field, activities such as training are linked to staff development. Technological advances, especially in computing and telecommunications, have significantly transformed distance education, influencing its scope and generating new educational trends. The UJAT, as a higher education institution, has joined this evolution, recognizing the importance of adequately and timely planning study plans to train future professionals.
