Educational management with a humanist tendency: perspective of students in Educational Sciences.
Abstract
The present study had the objective of knowing the perception that students in Educational Sciences have about the four dimensions that impact educational management based on the humanistic tendency. The method is based on a qualitative approach, using the focus group as a technique for data collection. As a result of this research, it is highlighted that humanistic educational management is the key to revalue educational institutions before society, by creating links with it, putting institutional values into practice, creating new methods of learning evaluation that land on the daily/work reality, and recognize communication as an effective tool to face educational barriers.
