Teaching methodologies of physical education in the New Mexican School.
Abstract
The objective of the research is to analyze trends that reveal the meaning that students of the Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education give to the didactic methodologies proposed by the New Mexican School to address physical education. Qualitative documentary research was used to find the features that characterize the conception of the teaching methodologies, through the content analysis of the session plans. The results reveal that the forms of intervention continue to respond to the same ones that have been traditionally used for more than a decade, and that only the denominations adjusted to those stated in the New Mexican School have changed.
