Work-family conflict in research professors.
Abstract
In this study, work-family interactions experienced by researchers in their daily lives were investigated, and using a questionnaire administered online through Microsoft Teams, responses were obtained from 60 researchers recognized by the National Researchers System. Greater male participation was observed, and when analyzed by gender, women showed a greater negative work-family and family-work interaction with a moderate effect size. A positive correlation was found between both interactions in the correlation analysis, and in the regression analysis, the negative family-work interaction better explained the negative work-family relationship.
