Abstract

This research stems from the need to reactivate businesses in Quevedo after the effects of COVID-19, which reduced their customer base. The objective is to develop a website to promote and sell dance courses in small businesses. This aims to attract customers and improve business management. The research is quantitative and descriptive, evaluating the improvement in the commercialization of the courses. Inductive-deductive and analytical-synthetic methods were employed, along with data collection techniques. The results supported the creation of a website based on e-commerce and digital marketing strategies. This initiative significantly improved business management compared to the competition.
