Integrating Ethics in Sustainable University Management
Abstract
The research focuses on sustainable university management and its relationship with integrative ethics in the context of social, political, economic and educational changes in nations. A quantitative approach and a documentary-bibliographic design were employed, involving the inquiry, collection and critical analysis of scientific papers, articles and refereed works. The results highlight the need to integrate changes in universities and educational institutions, promoting new paradigms that encourage the formation of sustainable models and the teaching of environmental thinking. This implies abandoning old systems and promoting the common good of citizens and their environment.
