Abstract

The general objective of this research was to propose a human talent management plan to improve the quality of service to victims of family violence of the DML III, Chiclayo, 2020. The study was quantitative, descriptive, non-experimental, prospective cross-sectional. The result was that the institution requires the application of strategies to enhance the quality of the service, and for this, a human talent management plan was proposed that allows strengthening the knowledge of collaborators to provide ideal care to the user. Given that the collaborators are the people who deal directly with the victims of violence because they are vulnerable women, they need the staff to offer them adequate treatment.
