Abstract
The administrative disciplinary procedure is a process used by organizations to address and correct inappropriate conduct or non-compliance by workers. The way this procedure is implemented can have a significant impact on worker productivity; Furthermore, the disciplinary administrative procedure must foster a culture of constructive feedback. It is not just about imposing sanctions, but also providing opportunities for learning and professional development. Regular feedback focused on individual growth can increase worker motivation and engagement, which in turn improves productivity. This work is determined in this essence.
