Evaluation of the organization in the department of art, culture, tourism, sports and education of the Municipal Government of Quevedo.
Abstract
The research focused on the organizational diagnosis of the Department of Art, Culture, Tourism, Sports, and Education of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Quevedo. A qualitative-quantitative approach was used with a descriptive and bibliographic methodological design. Data were collected through a 15-question questionnaire, answered by 43 collaborators of the department, with the purpose of evaluating their current situation and finding opportunities for improvement. The diagnosis covered aspects such as organizational goals, planning, administrative development, communication, team integration, work meetings, improvisation, labor relations, organizational growth and decision making. The data collected were analyzed, identifying areas in need of strengthening and opportunities for optimization in the operation of the department.
