Use of information and communication technologies in administrative processes.
Abstract
The objective of this article is to explore the advances and referenced theoretical perspectives, as well as to provide a training design on the use of information and communication technologies in administrative processes; Articles, doctoral theses and books have been considered, rescuing studies with a quantitative and qualitative approach, of a non-experimental type and with a causal-predictive descriptive design, obtaining as a result that it has been demonstrated that we are in a new digital era, that ICT is part of work life as well as social life; It has become the primary tool to improve the processes and work activities of any organization worldwide.
