Abstract
The study focuses on comparing the legal implementation of Bitcoin and electronic contracts in Ecuador, compared to El Salvador, Japan and the United States. The main objective is to critically analyze the regulation of cryptocurrencies in Ecuador and its potential impact on the development of the tourism and real estate sectors. The qualitative methodology is based on a descriptive and analytical analysis of legislation in Ecuador and other countries, with a focus on understanding how these regulations influence different contexts. The documentary technique is used to compile relevant academic literature and produce high-quality research aimed at addressing the problem posed.
