The impact of poor governance in Ecuador in legal aspects and its impact on the Ecuadorian and resident population.
Abstract
In Ecuador, during the mandate of President Guillermo Lasso Mendoza, poor governance and leadership have been evident, which has led to high unemployment rates, worrying rates of violence and economic instability that has eroded trust in the government in the three powers: Executive, Legislative and Judicial. One relevant theory argues that government should provide rules and services that meet the needs of society and promote harmony; However, the application of this theory may vary depending on ideological currents, such as those on the left and right, which have different approaches to governance. The work is based on this essence.
