Abstract

The research focused on the impacts of human rights on migration processes in Ecuador. From a quantitative approach, documentary and bibliographic sources were explored, collected and critically analyzed, including theories, academic works and legislation. The results highlighted the importance of protecting the rights of migrants and valuing humanity in the country. It was concluded that the right to mobility in Ecuador must be respected and protected from a theoretical perspective based on human rights. To prevent abuses against immigrant groups, it is essential to guarantee security and respect for basic rights. This is achieved through compliance with international agreements and the development of a solid legal framework in Ecuador.
