Union strategies and labor conflicts of workers at Empresa Minera Marsa, La Libertad – Perú.
Abstract
The union is an association made up of workers who defend and promote the labor, economic, professional, and social interests of the employer linked to the activity of a public or private entity. The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between union strategies and labor conflicts of workers in the Marsa Mining Company, La Libertad - Peru. A correlational study was carried out with a sample of 341 blue-collar workers, the technique used was the survey with a questionnaire instrument based on a Likert scale aimed at variables such as union strategies and management of labor conflicts with 25 questions. It is concluded that there is no association between union strategies and labor conflicts promoted by the Mining Company against mining workers.
