Violation of the right to a life without violence against women in Peru: a review.

Abstract

The article aims to analyze and summarize the scientific evidence available on the violation of the right to a life without violence against women in Peru; It is then that, through the contribution of different research published and indexed at the national and international level on violence against women, a broad vision can be obtained that allows rethinking the current legal and legal framework. The methodology used was content analysis through a systematic review in different academic search engines.
