Abstract

This study focused on analyzing the interactive dialogic approach as a promoter of horizontal communication in university environments. A quantitative and descriptive methodology was used, including surveys and questionnaires applied to 30 university students. The results highlighted significant advantages, such as a higher level of student satisfaction, an increase in participation, the development of critical thinking skills and an improvement in horizontal communication among students. Ultimately, this approach was consolidated as a collaborative pedagogical experience that transcends the university setting and can be applied across disciplines and educational levels. The findings support the effectiveness of this methodology and its potential application in a variety of educational contexts.
