Abstract

Currently, the work environment is considered the second home, and maintaining a harmonious work environment is crucial for organizational success. Research indicates that various aspects linked to employee productivity and behavior directly impact their perceptions of the workplace. In this context, an investigation was carried out in a service company in Quintana Roo, Mexico, with the objective of analyzing the organizational climate and detecting factors that affect productivity. The methodology used was qualitative and descriptive, using surveys as a data collection tool. The results reveal a positive organizational climate, with committed, satisfied, talented and motivated employees, which translates into greater performance and productivity.
