Understanding of public contractual regulations among entrepreneurs of the Babahoyo Land Terminal: an in-depth analysis.
Abstract
This study focuses on evaluating the level of knowledge of public regulations that entrepreneurs located in the land terminal of the city of Babahoyo have. The objective is to analyze how these regulations affect the legal formality of businesses and commercial relations. The work adopts an action research approach and uses narrative methods and surveys to collect and analyze data. The study population is located at the Babahoyo land terminal, and stratified random sampling is employed, using digital media for surveys and interviews with graduates and teachers of the institution. The results are aimed at understanding the perception and knowledge of contractual regulations among local entrepreneurs.
