Public administration from the perspective of governance and its principles.
Abstract
In Ecuador, the absence of institutionalization in state bodies and public companies hinders the effectiveness of public policies, regulated by the Organic Law of Public Service, and its application in effective governance demands the analysis and compliance of these principles. The research critically addresses the validity and application of legality, efficiency, good administration and proportionality in Ecuadorian administrative governance. Through a documentary approach, based on constitutional regulations and jurisprudence, the aim is to understand the challenges and limitations in its application, with the aim of contributing to the debate and proposing improvements for a more effective public administration.
