Public safety and alternative means for crime prevention.

Abstract

This article explains the relationship between education and crime prevention. The unemployment and violence are consequences of a lack of quality in education, but not only the education given in schools, also the one that starts at home, that’s why: how do the socio-economic status and the cultural capital influence on opportunities for success and happiness? and how does crime present to the youth a simple alternative for obtaining money and material belongings without the need for great efforts?
