Abstract

This study analyzes the application of legal hermeneutics from the perspective of iusnaturalism. The iusnaturalism holds that there are universal principles and moral values that should guide the interpretation of law. The study concludes that legal hermeneutics, when applied from the perspective of iusnaturalism, contributes to a fairer application of the law. This approach enriches the understanding of legal norms, considering ethical and moral aspects that can help to make more equitable decisions. Attention to ethical and moral aspects in the interpretation of law, characteristic of iusnaturalism, is essential to safeguard fundamental rights and ensure fairness in legal decisions.
