Abstract

A significant number of entrepreneurs in Ecuador face considerable challenges when trying to comply with customs regulations. This is due to the lack of clear and accessible information, the complexity of customs procedures and the absence of specialized training in this area. Failure to comply with these regulations can result in delays in trade, fines and a decrease in business efficiency. To address this issue, it is essential to provide training and guidance to entrepreneurs so that they understand and effectively comply with customs regulations, and these customs authorities must ensure the accessibility and understandability of information on these regulations.
