Research project on a system of workshops for the development of pedagogical skills in teachers of the subject of Operations Research, in the Computer Systems Engineering degree at the University of Guayaquil, Ecuador.

Abstract

The present work is focused on improving the teaching of teachers of the subject of Operations Research, due to the lack of pedagogical skills, the reduced updating in the area and little professional experience that directly affects educational quality. In such a situation, a research protocol is presented that wishes to contribute with a didactic-pedagogical proposal aimed at the conception of a system of training workshops to support the teacher to improve the quality of their teaching. For this, traditional methods were considered that allowed us to conceive the training that teachers require for their quality exercise within the subject, in the Computer Systems Engineering Career of the University of Guayaquil - Ecuador.
