Management and educational quality in self-managed artistic and cultural organizations.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to analyze the management models that emerged in self-managed artistic and cultural organizations in metropolitan Lima, as well as the relationship between this and the educational quality they offer in the courses and workshops they teach; thus, the non-experimental, causal correlational and single-focus design chosen allowed us to examine the influence that the different administrative models that each cultural leader proposes within their organization have on the quality of the teaching provided; furthermore, as it was a cross-sectional study, data from the current context were obtained. The results showed the extensive trajectory of cultural groups in educational management, innovating with organizational strategies with emphasis on community management and multidisciplinary learning.
