Abstract

In the tourism sector it is ideal to have a tool that allows you to explore popular places and receive advice from those who know the region best. In this project, the creation of a website dedicated to promoting tourism in the State of Tamaulipas is proposed. This initiative responds to the need to highlight and share the attractions that define the identity of the State of Tamaulipas, Mexico. With the purpose of contributing to the usability of the website, the following six heuristics were implemented: 1) Visibility of the System State, 2) User Control and Freedom, 3) Consistency and Standards, 4) Error Prevention, 5) Correspondence between the System and the Real World, and 6) Recognize Before Remembering.
