Post-pandemic academic stress in high school.
Abstract
The objective of this research work was to study the relationship with academic stress that high school students have in the post-COVID-19 pandemic era, analyzing their knowledge about classification, enhancers, physical and psychological consequences, as well as management techniques. The design was quantitative, non-experimental, transversal, and descriptive-correlational in scope. A sample of 412 students from the High School of the State of Sonora, Campus José María Maytorena Tapia, in Guaymas Sonora was captured. To analyze it, descriptive statistics were used. The results showed that students have general knowledge about general stress and the academic subtype, but they lack the conscious use of techniques to manage it and prevent it from becoming chronic.
