Abstract

At the end of the confinement generated by COVID-19, teachers returned to the classrooms with great wear and tear. In the approaches carried out to evaluate its impact, some studies have pointed out that the “time” variable should be highlighted. This study analyzes the perceptions of teachers regarding their practice and the use of time based on the mobility restrictions imposed in the face of the crisis. The variables considered were: The differences in the time invested in teaching practice before and during the pandemic; perceptions about the use and management of time; and the consequent effects. The results allow us to affirm that time is a factor that impacted the productivity and well-being of teachers, with women being the most affected.
