The COVID-19 pandemic: an opening for the development of digital skills in high school and higher education teachers.
Abstract
This study will describe the level of development of Digital Competencies (CD) in Higher Secondary (NMS) and Higher Secondary (NS) teachers at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León (UANL). When applying a questionnaire to 50 teachers of each educational level, a high-regular average interest was reflected in the NMS and high in the NS to incorporate their CD into practice; Furthermore, recognizing the influence of different institutions, he highlighted his participation in training for the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) tools, areas of opportunity in the mastery of basic programs and the lack of knowledge of others. It is concluded that the development of DC in the teachers described is important to strengthen and innovate current educational processes.
