Development of teaching competencies in nursing at a public university in Baja California: challenges as promoters of health education.
Abstract
Teaching nursing care involves comprehensive action in the epidemiological, social, and educational contexts, with which the teacher will accompany the student, to analyze the determinants of health, and thus, contribute to the formation of skills and/or clinical skills, and the values respect, empathy, humanism, for the promotion of health education in the person, family, and community. This work reviews current nursing teaching competencies, from a micro and macro vision.
