Abstract

The objective of this article is to identify those people with high, moderate, and low job uncertainty in hotel employees in Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas, and analyze the differences between the groups of high, moderate, and low job uncertainty in relation to their satisfaction. with the life. The participants were selected through non-probabilistic convenience sampling and totaled 914 people. Among the results, it stands out that there are significant differences between the groups with high and low job uncertainty. The low job uncertainty group is mainly characterized by better working conditions, higher salaries, managerial or administrative positions, high academic level and definitive employment contracts.
