Abstract

Evidence supports that attention to employee well being is crucial as a strategic factor for organizations. In Mexico, psychosocial health is now a vital norm, addressed by NOM 035 STPS 2018. Failure to comply with these regulations not only carries legal sanctions but can also impact business performance. The objective of this manuscript is to analyze the psychosocial factors in industrial work in the southern area of Tamaulipas. The methodology was empirical statistical, using a structured quest ionnaire applied to n=127 employees of the industrial sector in the southern area of Tamaulipas. The results include the validation of the measurement of a structural model, the ranking of its external loads and the analysis of the most relevant psychosoci al indicators.
