The objective of this manuscript is to analyze the psychosocial factors in industrial work in the southern area of Tamaulipas. The methodology was empirical statistical, using a structured quest ionnaire applied to n=127 employees of the industrial sector in the southern area of Tamaulipas. The results include the validation of the measurement of a structural model, the ranking of its external loads and the analysis of the most relevant psychosoci al indicators.
