Abstract

This article presents the results obtained from the correlations between the psychosocial factors of work and the presence of psychotic symptoms in cashiers receiving toll booths on highways in Mexico, developing a proposal for linear regression models that try to explain the presence of the different psychotic symptoms in the studied population, considering that the supportive climate and workplace harassment are identified as the main factors that correlate significantly with the presence of psychotic symptoms.
