Development of a digital platform for the administration of human resources in the creative agency Quinde in the city of Ambato.

Abstract

The web application implemented in the creative company Quinde de Ambato aims to improve human resources management by automating manual processes. Using QR codes on attendance cards, the tool optimizes operational efficiency by facilitating attendance tracking, generating schedule reports and detecting absences. Developed in PHP, HTML and CSS with MySQL database and MVC architecture, the application promotes internal organization. The agile XP methodology is used, supported by interviews, surveys, and bibliographic and field analysis. The active participation of the client in all phases of development guarantees substantial improvements in internal efficiency, promoting the organization and control of personnel information, as well as a more efficient management of human resources.
