Management of financial surplus in companies: case study in MyM Consultores Cía. Ltda
Abstract
In this research, a financial management model was developed to avoid the inactivity of the surplus in MyM Consultores Cía. Ltda. The current state of the surplus in the company was evaluated and the pillars of the financial model were established. A detailed analysis of the company's current economic situation was carried out, identifying its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and areas for expansion and revenue growth were identified. The methodology included documentary and field research, using tools such as SWOT analysis and viability assessment for growth.
