Study on philosophical legal exploration: attributes, connotations and contributions to the development of the expert.
Abstract
Legal philosophical research, within the typologies of legal scientific research, stands as an essential component, together with dogmatic, historical, sociological, anthropological and axiological, for the exhaustive study of the object of law. This specific approach focuses on exploring the legal philosophical foundations underpinning the level reached by the legal norm in a specific social context. Despite its importance, the phil osophical dimension is often underestimated in investigations of the legal phenomenon, including university formative processes. This study, based on grounded theory and documentary analysis, seeks to analyze the characteristics, limitations and meanings of legal philosophical research, as well as its impact and values in the formation of the legal professional at the university level.
